Porphyritic lava block (with olivine and plagioclase phenocrysts) and vesicle-like lava (degassing pipe-like vesicles). Hemipelagic sediment is visible on the outer edge of the sample. Petrological data in: Trua et al., 2002, 2011 (whole rock chemistry: major and trace elements). Petrological investigation underway as part of the PRIN2022-AWARE project (Collaboration Network).
